Recommended Interventions to Support Jobseeker Employability

Workers who lack demanded skills are most at risk of losing their jobs during digital transformation. With RISE, we develop recommendations for how the Swiss public employment service can help to reintegrate unemployed people into the transformed labour market and how counseling services for job seekers that are affected by the digital transformation should be designed.
